SiteMinder by Patch Labs

Terms of Use

Effective September 25, 2026

These terms govern use of the SiteMinder Chrome extension and its Free and PRO features. Payment transactions processed by a merchant-of-record provider are also subject to that provider's checkout terms.

Using SiteMinder

You may use SiteMinder for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You are responsible for choosing tracked websites, time limits, reminders, and quiet hours. SiteMinder is an awareness tool; it does not block access and does not guarantee productivity, health, or any particular outcome.

SiteMinder PRO — Lifetime

A completed purchase grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the PRO features of SiteMinder, subject to these terms. It is a one-time purchase rather than a recurring subscription.

“Lifetime” refers to the supported lifetime of the SiteMinder product. It does not promise perpetual operation on every future browser, operating system, device, or platform. Patch Labs will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility but may discontinue the product or a feature when required by security, legal, technical, or platform changes.

License activation

A valid license key may be required to activate and periodically restore PRO access. Unless a purchase page states otherwise, a license is intended for the purchaser's own use and must not be resold, publicly posted, or shared as a public resource.

A license may be disabled after a refund, chargeback, confirmed fraud, abuse of the activation system, or a material violation of these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use SiteMinder to violate law or third-party rights; interfere with the service or licensing systems; distribute malicious modified copies; circumvent paid access controls; or use a license belonging to another product or purchaser. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates and availability

SiteMinder may receive updates for compatibility, security, reliability, or feature improvements. Features may change or be discontinued when reasonably necessary. Service availability may also depend on Chrome and third-party infrastructure outside Patch Labs' control.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SiteMinder is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Patch Labs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from use of or inability to use the software. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the SiteMinder Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to the purchase.
